The North Central Bass Anglers
Mission:
N. C. B. A. is a fishing club built on friendship and learning.
Our club was formed several years ago by Ray Miller to promote learning
among our members. We provide friendly fishing competition through our
monthly tournaments with a points race to make the year-end “Top Six”
tournament on Toledo Bend. Club points are given for individual tournament
standings, monthly meeting attendance, club uniform usage, as well as
bringing new members to the NCBA.
Boaters and non-boaters alike are welcome. As stated, we pride
ourselves in friendship and learning about bass fishing and boating. Each
monthly meeting determines the tournament launch site and pairings for that
month. Boaters are randomly paired with non-boaters so that everyone has an
equal opportunity to fish and learn new techniques. This also prevents any one
team from dominating in tournament winnings-that is prevalent in many
circuits.
The rules and by-laws have been revised through many years of
bass club experience by all members present and past. You are encouraged to
take a look at them.
